Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. All shipping costs include postage, packaging and handling.

You may check the shipping cost of products currently in your basket at any time by clicking on the "shipping rates" button on the top navigation bar. To use this feature, you must supply the address that you'd like to have your order delivered to so that the correct amount will be displayed.

International Shipping

Shipping is available to many overseas destinations. If you can't see your country listed when completing the customer details form, please contact us to see if this can be arranged.

Please be aware of your country's policy with regards to import taxes and duties as you shall be responsible for paying these on receipt if applicable.

Delivery Times

Items that are in stock are normally dispatched with 48 hrs (Mon-Fri).

You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

If you have ordered more than one product, we normally only send your order when complete. This means that if part of your order is in stock at the time of ordering, but another part isn't, the order will not be dispatched until everything is in stock. If you wish for us to send it as two or more seperate parcels, this can be arranged but is normally subject to an additional P&P charge. Please contact us for details.

UK Orders

Delivery is normally with Royal Mail and you should allow 3 - 5 days (standard parcels) from the date of dispatch.

Overseas Orders

Delivery is normally with Royal Mail Airmail and you should allow 7 -10 days from the date of dispatch.

Caring for the Environment

It is our company policy to help to protect the environment by recycling packaging whenever possible. From time to time, we will ship orders using reused packaging. We are sure that most of our customers will be happy to support this intitiative but if you'd rather your order was sent to you in brand-new packaging, please make a note of this in the "comments" box when placing your order.

Returning Faulty / Unwanted Products

Faulty Products

To return a faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) by telephoning 01978 860171 or emailing us (click here) to gain authorisation.

Please ensure that you include your invoice with your return and wrap packages securely (in most instances you can use the packaging that the product arrived in). Your postage costs will be reimbursed by us. Faulty items will be replaced with the same title or a refund back to the credit card if the title is no longer available.

Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods. All returned goods will be inspected by us and should we find there to be no problem with them, they shall be returned to you and an additional charge made to your card to cover postage costs.

Unwanted Products

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding P&P), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).

Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for the return postage costs. You are also responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged. If products are received by us in an unsatisfactory condition, they shall be returned to you and a charge made to cover additional postage costs.

(International Returns: It is essential that you make a note on the packet's customs note that the product contained within is an item you are returning to the UK. Failure to do so will mean that we may have to pay customs duty and this will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the item was faulty.)
