To return a faulty item, please contact our customer services department immediately (within 7 days) by telephoning 01978 860171or emailing us to gain authorisation.
Please ensure that you include your invoice with your return and wrap packages securely (in most instances you can use the packaging that the product arrived in). Your postage costs will be reimbursed by us. Faulty items will be replaced with the same title or a refund back to the credit card if the title is no longer available.
Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods. All returned goods will be inspected by us and should we find there to be no problem with them, they shall be returned to you and an additional charge made to your card cover postage costs.
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding P&P), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).
Please note t hat we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for the return postage costs. You are also responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged. If products are received by us in an unsatisfactory condition, they shall be returned to you and a charge made to cover additional postage costs.
(International Returns: It is essential that you make a note on the packet's customs note that the product contained within is an item you are returning to the UK. Failure to do so will mean that we may have to pay customs duty and this will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the item was faulty.)
